Stanisław Wycech

Stanisław Wycech (born June 27, 1902) is one of the last Polish surviving veterans of World War I. Wycech was born in Austria-Hungary. At age 15, in 1917, he joined the Polish Military Organization, and served in the Russian Civil War. Stanisław stayed in the military after the revolution, and reached the rank of Captain. He now resides in Poland at age 104.
