Stakin' Care Of Business is the 11th episode of season four of the television situation comedy Will & Grace.

Grace unwisely takes Karen's advice in a matter of business, and finds herself in a confrontational situation when she must ask a client for money; while Jack starts spreading his catchphrases at the gym in hopes of getting in with the popular folks, and Will obsesses over a guy at the gym who he is sure he knows.
