The Staines to Windsor Line is a suburban railway line operated by South West Trains (SWT) in England that was completed in 1849. The line splits from the Waterloo to Reading Line at Staines in Surrey and runs to Windsor in Berkshire, England. Services on this line run beyond Staines to and from London Waterloo, and almost all call at the following stations:

then splitting from the Waterloo - Reading line and calling at:

The service frequency is 2tph in each direction throughout the day, every day. The exception is early on Sunday mornings when there is only 1tph in each direction. The journey from Windsor to London takes around 55 minutes to complete, which is considerably longer than the Great Western branch line from Windsor and Eton Central to London Paddington, even with a change of trains at Slough.

The line was electrified (750v DC third rail) by Southern during the interwar years.
