Stadhampton is a village and civil parish located at , near Wallingford, in South Oxfordshire, in the English county of Oxfordshire.

The parish sits about 10 miles (16km) south-east of Oxford and includes the four villages of Chiselhampton, Brookhampton, Ascott and Stadhampton, with approximately 700 parishioners. Stadhampton itself has a population a couple of hundred people. The River Thame runs through the village.

Most of the amenities of the parish are in the village, including Stadhampton County Primary. The parish church of St John the Baptist dates back to the 13th century. Three pubs and restaurants are located in the parish, as well as a village store, post office and petrol station.The River Thame actually runs through Chiselhampton. The Villages of Stadhampton and Brookhampton are divided by a 'Brook' which runs into the Thame near Chiselhampton. The village school was originally at the bottom of School Lane ( Now in Cratlands Close )
