Stackmat timer
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Stackmat timers are the official timing device for speed stacking and speedcubing. There are currently two stackmat versions. The "first generation" has the touch sensitive pads level and built into the mat. The "second generation" has touch sensitive pads on a timing device that is attached to the mat, and the pads are therefore raised slightly higher than the mat. Unlike the first generation timers the second generation timers can be released from the mat and replace onto a minimat or left on their own.
