Stacey Q's Greatest Hits is a compilation of Stacey Q's old music material. While the title album says "Greatest Hits" in reality the album is a collection of a few songs from Stacey Q's Better Than Heaven album, while the rest of the songs come from the obscure album Playback which she record while been the front-singer of the band SSQ. The album does not have are mostly remixes of some her old songs and do not have any songs from her previous albums: Hard Machine and Nights Like This.
