Stabilizer code

An $[n, k]$ stabilizer code is defined to be the vector space $V S$ stabilized by a subgroup $S$ of $G n$ such that $-I\notin S$ and $S$ has $n - k$ independent and commuting generators, $S=\langle g_1,\ldots,g_{n-k}\rangle$ . Denote this code $C (S)$ .
