[edit] Replaceable fair use disputed

Since this image belongs to a TV series, I don't think a free alternative can be created. Even if we replace it with a screen capture, it will still be a copyrighted image. A free image of the actor can be created, but a free image of the character can not, I think. --Andromeda 07:51, 11 February 2007 (UTC)

Fair use does not apply in this case. --Bob 15:44, 11 February 2007 (UTC)

Why? --Andromeda 16:08, 11 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] "Speedily kept" =

As stated previously fictional characters are irreplaceable, they are inherently copyrighted, so even if somebody had snook aboard the sets they'd still be photographing a creative work. Also, not to mention production wrapped on Enterprise over a year ago. thanks/Fenton, Matthew Lexic Dark 52278 Alpha 771 14:22, 20 February 2007 (UTC)
