St Vincent College
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
St Vincent College is a small co-educational sixth form (16-18) college located in Gosport, Hampshire, United Kingdom. The college is situated on the grounds of the former St Vincent Secondary School, which became a college in 1988, and was originally Royal Navy barracks, from which many relics remain in the grounds. The college has fewer than one thousand full time pupils; it also caters for older "Access" students. Sports facilities include a full sized Astro turf based pitch.
The college itself is represented by a hockey team, soccer team and a netball team and has a gym for the use of the students. Within the grounds is Forton Creek, a waterway leading into Portsmouth Harbour.
