St Paul's Collegiate School is an independent Anglican secondary school in Hamilton, New Zealand. It was originally a boys' school, but now admits girls in year 12 and 13.

It should not be confused with any of the other five schools in New Zealand with St Paul's in their name, especially St Paul's College in Ponsonby.

St Paul's Collegiate was founded by the local Anglican community including the parents of some Southwell School students, but today only a small proportion of St Pauls students are former Southwell students.

Although St Paul's was established some 100 years later than other prominent independent schools such as Christ's College and Wanganui Collegiate School, it has still established itself among the top echelons of New Zealand secondary schools. In particular it was very successful at the sport of rowing in the late 1990's and early 2000's, winning the Maadi Cup in 2002 and 2003.

The school has traditional rivalries with King's College, Auckland and Hamilton Boys' High School.
