St Euphemia Greek Orthodox College is a Greek school, located in Bankstown, New South Wales, Australia, which was developed to honour the memory Saint Euphemia. St Euphemia College commenced on 30 January 1989 with 29 students from Kindergarten to Year 3. His Eminence Archbishop Stylianos conducted the official opening of the College on 26 February 1989. The college High School commenced in 1993 with 31 students.

The school's mission statement is Τέλειοι Γίνεσθε, which means Strive For Excellence.

St. Euphemia College was established by the Greek community to preserve the Greek Orthodox culture and ethos in the local community. The Church which is part of the College Campus,was established in 1964. The College belongs to the Greek Orthodox Parish and Community of Bankstown.

The primary school principal is Mr Miltiades Yiangou, and the High School principal is Mr Harry Hirakis.

It is the largest Greek school, located outside of Greece. It runs classes from Kindergarten to Year 12, often having 3 classes in each grade.

St Euphemia promotes: The Greek Orthodox ethos, An exceptional standard of education, The advancement of Greek Orthodox language and heritage.

The primary school caters for students from Kindergarten to Year 6 and offers a stimulating and exciting curriculum. Students experience a wide range of enjoyable activities which enables them to discover and develop their potential in all areas - spiritual, academic, creative, cultural and sport.

Furthering learning skills towards goals of academic achievement and excellence is of prime importance. Social and moral development is nurtured and care is taken to create a warm and supportive environment.

In addition to the classroom teachers, the staff includes a librarian, an ESL teacher, a School Counselor, an IT teacher and specialist teachers in Greek and Music.

The High School was founded several years later than the primary school. The Deputy principal of the school is Mrs Terry Zafiriou. Classes run from grades 7-12. The school first participated in the HSC in 1998. The school ranks 3rd in the suburb for averge HSC results. The High School runs a number of subjects including Mathematics, English, Human Society and It's Environment, Computing Studies, Personal Developement, Health and Physical Education, Greek, Science, Careers, Design And Technology, Music and Visual Arts.
