St Catherine's School, established in 1885, is a top independent girls' school in the village of Bramley, near Guildford, Surrey, England. As of 2005, it has some 530 pupils, of whom around 140 use the schools' boarding facilities. The school is divided into a senior school for ages 11-18 and the preparatory school for younger students aged 4-11.

Entry is by school examination or test, and yearly fees range from £5,295 to £10,755 for day pupils.

The school's religious affiliation is the Church of England.
