this is just advertising. Firstly there is no formal mechanism to measure tradition and culture, even if there was a 20 year old School like St John's would struggle to compete with the 100+ year old school P.E and St Georges on the "tradition" element and comparing sizes of institution and the facilities avalible to student I doubt that one could rate St John's above the two older schools. As for sport... such a score would be a movable feast, one year a school has a good team the next it does not.
