St. Matthew's Anglican Cathedral, Brandon

St. Matthew's Anglican Cathedral, formally the Cathedral Church of St. Matthew, is the cathedral church of the Anglican Diocese of Brandon, Manitoba, Canada.
Built in 1912-13 to designs by Brandon architect W.A. Elliott in English Gothic Revival style, and constructed by the firm of William Bell and Son, the cathedral is a red brick and limestone building, with a complex floor plan, variety of rooflines, crenellations and tall lancet windows. The central tower is located at the crossing and is the focal point of the building. Inside, the cathedral is elegant, with Gothic inspired windows and furnishings, all beautifully maintained.
As well as being a busy parish and diocesan church, many concerts and events, secular and religious, are held in the cathedral throughout the year.
