St. Mary's Academy is a Catholic high school located in Portland, Oregon. It was founded by twelve sisters from the Sisters of the Holy Names of Jesus and Mary in 1859. It is an all-girls' school with approximately 600 students from all over northern Oregon and southwestern Washington. It is Oregon's only remaining single-gender school and oldest continually operating secondary school. St. Mary's won the KATU Super School of the Year Award 2006 and three U.S. Department of Education Blue Ribbon Schools Program awards, in 1984, 1989, 1998.
