St. Louis Walk of Fame

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The St. Louis Walk of Fame honors people important to the St. Louis, Missouri area. It runs down the sidewalks of Delmar Boulevard in the Delmar Loop area of University City, Missouri, and currently consists of 113 star plaques, each containing the inductee's name and a brief summary of his or her life and achievements. The Walk was the brainchild of Joe Edwards, proprietor of the landmark Blueberry Hill restaurant in the area, and was likely inspired by the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
