The Saint Kitts and Nevis Trades and Labour Union (TLU) was originally founded in 1932 as the St. Kitts Workers' League. It was renamed to its current name in 1940. It has a close relationship with the ruling Saint Kitts and Nevis Labour Party (SKNLP).

The TLU is affiliated with the International Trade Union Confederation.
