St. James Elementary School

Saint "St." James Elementary School is an elementary school near Burgess, South Carolina. The school was built in the 50’s and remodeled in 1986. It is runned by Horry County Schools. The school is off South Carolina Highway 707 next to St. James Middle School. The principal of St. James is Mary Heath. The school currently has 1038 students and 100 faculty and staff members. The schools colors are royal blue and yellow. The school's mascot is the dolphin. There has been overcrowding issues this year, which the county has decicded to build another elementary school off of Holmestown Road not far from St. James.
