Stéphane Sednaoui (born in Paris, France) is a photographer and director.

Sednaoui achieved success as a fashion, journalist and advertising photographer before his photographs of entertainment celebrities brought him further attention in the early 1990s. Among his subjects were Kylie Minogue, Björk, Claire Danes, Liv Tyler, Courtney Love, Salma Hayek, Richard Pryor, Robert Mitchum and Billy Wilder. From the early 1990s he also directed music videos.

A compilation of Sednaoui's music videos and short films, the Directors Label "Work of Director: Stephane Sednaoui" was released on DVD in September 2005.

He had a relationship with Kylie Minogue over several years. He also had a relationship with Björk, the break up of which is documented in her song "Possibly Maybe". He is the father of Laetitia Casta's first child, Sahteene (born October 18, 2001).
