Stéphane Galland (born October 27, 1969) is a Belgian drummer.

He got his first drumset at the age of 3 and six years later, he entered the Huy conservatory, from which he graduated in 1987. When he was 11, he started to perform with jazz musicians like Eric Legnini and Jean-Pierre Catoul. He released later two CDs with the Eric Legnini trio.

In 1988, he met guitarist Pierre Van Dormael and, with a couple of musicians, they founded a jazz club in Brussels named De Kaai. At the same time they formed Nasa Na Band with Fabrizio Cassol on the saxophone and Michel Hatzigeorgiou on the bass. After the departure of Pierre Van Dormael and a trip to Africa, the band became Aka Moon.

Galland is known for his creativity and his mastery of very complex rhythms. He plays jazz, but also African music (he toured with Doudou N'Diaye Rose), classical music (he played with the Liège Philharmonic Orchestra) and pop music (with Zap Mama or Axelle Red). In 2003, he toured with Joe Zawinul's Syndicate from which he has now become a member.
