Neither fiction nor fantasy, believe it or don't. About long-lived humans is often reported (see longevity, Supercentenarian). The scientific age of a human body is about 120 years. This can be reached if there are no dangerous deseases, no stress, healty and peaceful vegetarian life and so on. Additional Yoga offers an ancient technique to enlongate the life of human body called Kaya-Kalapa. Mansukram 00:23, 26 Oct 2004 (UTC)
- It's considered unverified, however. The oldest accepted age claim is 122; see supercentenarian for more. --Delirium 20:35, Dec 3, 2004 (UTC)
137 years are reportet: see http://www.thehindu.com/2006/05/21/stories/2006052103762200.htm "... the Guinness Book of World Records recently informed his family that its representatives would visit Jaipur to authenticate his age." This should be enough not to talk anymore about a longevity myth. Mansukram
