The latter is a site promoting the Blue Bird Café, a New Zealand eatery apparently run by students of Sri Chinmoy. Neither the book nor the web site lists a credit for the photo.

This head shot appears to be promotional in nature. It is believed that use of a low resolution version (150px x 219px) in an encyclopedia-style article about Sri Chinmoy originating on Wikipedia and discussing his published works would be consistent with principles of Fair Use, and would be unlikely to be objected to by either the subject, photographer, or book publisher.

Upon information and belief, most photos of Sri Chinmoy not otherwise credited are taken by his students and are held in copyright by Sri Chinmoy Centre. This photo is being listed in good faith as copyright 1997 Sri Chinmoy Centre.

The composition and framing of this head shot is believed to be ideal as the lead photo for a biographical article, and in the opinion of the uploader, no free substitute may be found which would accomplish the same purpose.
