[edit] =Your Questions
Is there a way to prevent somebody from using my name as their user name. It looks malecious to me as they are pretending to actually BE me. Thanks (and sorry for the bother), Peter D. Ekman
Any user can add a speedy delete tag but only an admin can actually delete it. I am not an admin but been around awhile. Talk is this discussion page where other users communicate with you and as you can do when you click on other user pages it is the second button from the left.-Dakota 03:58, 28 October 2005 (UTC)
[edit] Please check the exile page
And please do check the facts in the section "Libel Judgement" The links are all there. They've all ready started deleting it. Thanks, Pete (the real one)
[edit] deletion of my bands wikipage

[edit] NPOV notice on the eXile
what about the article is NPOV? I and others I am sure would be glad to make changes if you could point something out on the discussion page, or feel free to change it yourself. as for the Ekman edit war of late, I've heard arguments that this information is libelous or irrelevant, but not NPOV. or is it something else? [edit] consensus comment requested at talk:the eXile
hi, sorry to bother you but I noticed you've made some edits to the eXile before and I was wondering if you could leave a comment on some edit wars we've been having lately on the talk page, where I've put up a request for consensus comments. I'm sorry to bother you with something so trivial, but...well I think you'll understand when you see the page, or the article's edit history. If you don't have time, no problem. [edit] RfC for "Ekman"
Hi, I've completed a draft of a user conduct RfC for the guy claiming to be Peter Ekman and I would like your input. I'm wondering if this is something you could endorse, or even act as a basis-certifier. Thanks, and sorry to keep bothering you about this stuff, Dsol 21:50, 15 November 2005 (UTC)
[edit] Feint
Squibix, thanks for picking up my slack :P I guess I was sloopy in reverting vandalism. --Hurricane111 15:00, 22 December 2005 (UTC)
[edit] Archbishop Hovnan Derderian
Nice work on that. You summarily disposed of the problem I posted on the talk page. :) — flamingspinach | (talk) 04:19, 20 January 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Third World War
Nice work on the Third World War article. Hopefully it won't be deleted now. Dbtfz 18:09, 23 January 2006 (UTC)
- Note, I've moved it to "Third World War (band)" and piped the link given above, I added it to World War Three (disambiguation) though. "Third World War" is much more likely to refer to a the hypothetical war. — FREAK OF NURxTURE (TALK) 01:42, Jan. 29, 2006

[edit] Objectivist Politics
yes, the whole page is a work in progress. I wanted to help clean up the Objectivist Philosophy page. There are links to metaphysics, epistemology, ethics, but not politics. So I just cut-and-pasted straight out of the main article, just to put something there. The whole thing needs cleaning up. Dullfig 17:35, 31 January 2006 (UTC)
[edit] transliteration into chinese
Hello. I just start the article, which is based on my own knowledge, so i don't know to what works i can refer ... no, I don't think i can ... i will keep working on it, but not now, i've got to have dinner and sleep, we're all part-time wikipedians, u know ... talk later --K.C. [edit] Philosophy of Life
I see you have voted for deletion of the article. [Wikipedia:Articles_for_deletion/Philosophy_of_Life_%282nd_nomination%29]. I have placed my objections beside my "don't delete" vote. It seems to me that there is knowledge about Life which is not itself a disipline, but which is contributed to by Biology and other disiplines. Particularly, we now know that Life exists probably everywhere we can find water, that life, over a period of time, forms more complex life forms, etc. Biology doesn't exactly cover this area. Yes, Biology begin as a study of life but has become a study of life forms rather than a study of the energy that is associated with Life. I would argue that "Philosophy of Life" is quite an appropriate title to codify that knowledge which Biology and other disiplines have gleaned.Terryeo 01:11, 5 February 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Library of Earth and Sky
After reading all the comments on my talk page, I have decided to scrap the library and instead use simple alphabetised lists ("Animals of the Edge Chronicles" etc). Thank you for your healthy criticism. This being my first venture into Wiki, I kinda guessed I'd make glaringly obvious mistakes, but I intend to learn from them (:
P.S. Please feel free to delete all the library subsections, but could you wait until at least tomorrow to give me time to copy the info. Thanks!--Ninty 09:25, 13 February 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Nicholas Payton
Nice job on the Payton page. I started it, but with very little info. I am curious where you got all the info. I had a couple websites open and thought it might be bad to cut and paste. dfrankow 21:49, 14 February 2006 (UTC)
thank you for revisions. I am new here, and it is like having a bigbrother's help. I retain what you made. But of course I shall repair any substantial arrors you might introduce. Your format is good. I shall learn.
The only thing that is to be sorry about, is that you started your edit before I could save mine, and something got lost. ("collision"). Never mind. AbuAmir 15:24, 2 February 2006 (UTC)
