Role accounts and accounts with public passwords are specifically prohibited. I have logged into the account, removed the e-mail address, and scrambled the password.

Note that if a regular editor wishes to create an alternate account (for example, to edit pages that might be embarassing or that might be associated with the editor in real life) is it permissible to create and use an alternate account, so long as the password is not publicly available or shared, and so long as the editor does not edit the same articles, AfDs, and so forth, with both accounts.
