[edit] Nominations

I saw in Black Knight (Dane Whitman), for example, that Black Knight had been "nominated" for the Squiddy for Favorite Character in 1991 and 1992. However, according to [1] and [2], the character actually received one vote in each year. I don't think Wikipedia needs to list Squiddy nominations (beyond the winners) merely because the vote totals are available. --Metropolitan90 06:40, 24 April 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Squiddies and Timeline

If Suicide Squid himself was "coined" in 1991, and the awards have been around since the mid 1980s, we the awards must have been "retroactively" (retconned, if you will) associated with Suicide Squid.
