Squires, Missouri is an unincorporated community in Douglas County. It is located about ten miles south of Ava on Route 5. Squires is home to Spurlock's general store/gas station, a Post Office, Porter's cafe, and Porter's Garage. Near by is a fire watch tower which is ran by the Squires Volunteer Fire Department.
