[edit] A seperate template for SI?

Why does Sports Illustrated covers have their own fair use template? I notice that most Sports Illustrated covers used in Wikipedia do NOT use this template. In fact, the SI covers used in the SI Wikipedia article do not use this licensing tag. What is the necessity of having a seperate template? --Eqdoktor 12:01, 26 March 2007 (UTC)
