Is this template really necessary? For example, what use is it to inform the reader that the article contains spoilers about an episode of the second season of Stargate Atlantis? Look at this: Grace Under Pressure (Stargate Atlantis). A single template for each show would work just as well. --Tone 10:28, 24 January 2006 (UTC)

That is a poor example of the use of the template. good examples are here: Anubis (Stargate), Daniel Jackson. Information on one subject usually crosses between spoilers for seasons; thus, this template allows a reader to read up to the point they wish.-- Alfakim --  talk  12:16, 24 January 2006 (UTC)
Indeed, in that case it's fine. Still, I would only use it for that purpose, it doesn't fit well in the articles about single episodes. Regards, --Tone 13:40, 24 January 2006 (UTC)
I think it's good there actually. No harm.-- Alfakim --  talk  14:06, 25 January 2006 (UTC)
Ok, why not. In a way, it makes sense with the other templates. --Tone 14:11, 25 January 2006 (UTC)
