[edit] STO Controversy

I've removed a loaded, POV paragraph about STO's business practices and the editor's personal opinion about same. IMHO, it'd be fine for a section to be added about the tough negotiating stance from STO, and the prickly relations it's produced with some cable/satellite operators, but it needs to be much less "loaded" than the item I reverted. And it seems almost a moot point right now, with nearly all the local cable operators on board with STO - even Cox, which put up a website complaining about the rights fees STO wanted, is now a carrier.
