The spotted estuary smooth-hound, Mustelus lenticulatus, is a houndshark of the family Triakidae, found on the continental shelves and in estuaries around southern Australia, and New Zealand. Its length is up to 125 cm (male) and 151 cm (female).

The spotted estuary smooth-hound is a small, slim shark with two dorsal fins that do not have spines. The teeth are rounded and form plates. It is grey-brown above with numerous small white spots, and white below. It is ovoviviparous. It feeds on bottom-living crustaceans, molluscs and small fishes.
