Sportsbook.com is a privately held online gaming firm, featuring sports betting, online poker, casino games and horse race betting that caters to the US market. The company processes more than $2 billion USD in wagers on an annual basis and the holding company has employees in a number of different locations.

Prior to the passage of the Safe Port Act, Sportsbook.com was owned by Sportingbet, whose sports betting network, also including Hollywood Sportsbook and Sports.com, was collectively named the "Best U.S. Sportsbook" in 2005 and 2006 by industry magazine eGaming Review. After passage of the Safe Port Act, Sportingbet sold all its US facing sportsbooks to a privately owned company.

Sportsbook.com's advertising includes an "Everybody Bets" campaign featuring television favorites Brooke Burke and Nikki Cox (2005 and 2006 respectively).

Sportsbook.com is also known for it's bi-monthly magazine and annual desk calendar or sports business milestones, called "Big Deals."
