This image is of a poster for an event, and the copyright for it is most likely owned by either the organization hosting the event or the artist which produced the poster in question. It is believed that the use of low-resolution images of event posters
- to illustrate the event in question,
- in the absence of free photographs which could serve such a purpose,
- on the English-language Wikipedia, hosted on servers in the United States by the non-profit Wikimedia Foundation,
qualifies as fair use under United States copyright law. Any other uses of this image, on Wikipedia or elsewhere, may be copyright infringement. See Wikipedia:Fair use for more information.
To the uploader: please add a detailed fair use rationale for each use, as described on Wikipedia:Image description page, as well as the source of the work and copyright information.

[edit] Rationale for fair use in article Marilyn Manson:
The image Image:SpookyKidsFlyer.JPG is being linked here; though the picture is originally copyright, I (keepsleeping say what 01:17, 29 November 2005 (UTC)) feel it is covered by fair use because:
- The image was originally created as a flyer to promote a concert event, and therefore intended for free distribution.
- No free or public-domain images exist of this subject.
- The image is of low resolution and any copies made will be of inferior quality to the original artwork.
- The image is being used for informational purposes only, and its use is not believed to detract from the artwork in any way.
