To submit a request for an article to become part of WikiProject Spoken Wikipedia, just add the following template to the top of the talk page of the relevant article:

{{Spoken Wikipedia request|~~~|REASON}}

Replace "REASON" with a few words explaining why you think someone should make an audio recording of the article. Something like "important subject" will do.
