"This dissolution of truth undercuts some traditional religious and spiritual traditions, which consequently find little legitimacy in a more secularist culture." Not NPOV.

[edit] External Link suggestion
• I had previously inserted this link: Inner Quest, a Free Education Website -- http://www.innerquest.org.ph/. However, PeleSmith reverted it citing linkspam. Subsequent discussions regarding this matter are documented in http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talk:Religion#Semiprotection; 62 Please do not Spam Wikipedia Entries and 63 Is this link SPAM? Please weigh in. At PeleSmith’s suggestion, I am hereby posting to this Entry Talk page to resolve this issue as it pertains to Spirituality studies.
I feel that content, substance and perceived benefit to all users should be the main determining factors in deciding whether to include information and links in Wikipedia articles. Certainly not popularity. The rules are secondary and should be enforced or relaxed depending on the merits.
I ask that you please go over the proposed material comparing it with the other already inserted links and evaluate this matter throughly before rendering your individual decision to INCLUDE or NOT INCLUDE. Unless, there are strong and valid arguments supported by a majority consensus among you against the inclusion of this link in Spirituality Studies, I will attempt to reinsert the link. Further in the event that you should keep silent, I will take your silence to signify that you have no objection and I will reinsert the link.
I will wait 30 days to allow ample time for everyone to come to a decision. Thank you. Angel 03:39, 27 January 2007 (UTC)
- My views are already know. SPAM. Other links here are also most probably spam. In fact the entire entry, upon review, appears to be rather dubious. See below.PelleSmith 21:38, 27 January 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Added two tags and may nominate for deletion.
I've added two tags to this entry and I am considering nominating it for deletion. While much of what is discussed in the entry is both interesting and in my own view important with the exception of this entry, can anyone make a case for the existence of a unified category of scholarship called "Spirituality studies"? The entry, although very well referenced, reads like an abridged essay (Original Research) in which the term "Spirituality studies" is coined (Notability) to reign in various studies on the nexus between spirituality and health care. The fact that all the content in this entry was put in as one of two edits by the same user (the second of which was a minor one to this entry), who then disappeared into the depths never to be heard from again, only adds to the suspicion that this entry is actually part of, or an abridgment of pre-existing OR (perhaps of this self same editor). Anyway, the main problem is with the entry name. Here are some suggestions.
1. Find another entry to merge the content with. 2. Rename the entry to more accurately describe the contents.
