The Municipal District of Spirit River No. 133 is a municipal district in north western Alberta, Canada, north of GrandePrairie.
It is located in Census Division 19. It was incorporated in 1916. The seat of the county is in the Town of Spirit River.

This municipal district, the smallest in Alberta, has a population of 824 in 302 dwellings, a 1.9% increase from 1996. On a surface of 684.06 km² it has a density of 1.2 inhabitants/km².
