Spinneys Dubai operates under license and has branches in United Arab Emirates(Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi), Oman(Muscat). It is 100% owned by Mr. Ali Albwardy of UAE. His first company was Albwardy Marine Engineering. He now owns 32 companies within the UAE.
