Spillt

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Spillt (meaning "Spoiled" or "Rotten") was Todmobile's fourth studio album, released in 1993. It was intended to be the band's closing album, as they soon intended to disband. This did not stop "Spillt" from granting Todmobile six awards when the Icelandic music awards were awarded for the first time. "Spillt" was awarded Album of the year, "Stúlkan" Song of the year, Þorvaldur Bjarni Songwriter of the year, Andrea Lyricist of the year, Eiður Arnarsson Bassist of the year and Todmobile Concert band of the year. Following "Spillt", Todmobile disbanded and went to work on other projects, but came back together for Perlur og svín in 1996.
