Spelaeorchestia koloana, the Kaua`i cave amphipod or Kaua`i cave sandhopper, is a cave-dwelling crustacean only found on the Hawaiian island of Kaua`i. It is eyeless, measures 7–10 mm long. It is only known from five populations, and eats decaying plant matter and other decomposing material.

The Kaua`i cave amphipod is endemic to the caves on Kaua`i, Hawaii. Its main predator is the Kaua'i cave wolf spider Adelocosa anops, another local of the Kaua'i cave. Both of these species are classified as endangered by the IUCN.
