The Premier League is the second division of Speedway in the United Kingdom, the Elite League is the highest attainable.

The League consisted of 15 teams for the 2007 season.

The League has grown from the 2006 season with the addition of the new Birmingham Brummies team who will be racing at Perry Barr Greyhound Racing stadium.
