Speech communication society

The Speech Communication Society (SCS) is an organization created by students at theUniversity of Hawaii. It has been functioning since 2001. The purpose of the organization is to link students who are speech minors and majors as well as the community and faculty of deparment of speech.

Some of the basic requirements to be a member is that you have to be a student at University of Hawaii at Manoa. You must have taken or currently taking two speech classes in order to be a member. In order to stay an active member you must attend two general meetings, two events, and participate in one fundraiser.
