The beginning of this article says the company is headquartered in Webster, Texas. But the article itself is in a category for companies based in Virginia. Why?

I have to assume that Spacehab has some hardware that's currently flying on shuttle missions; NASA officials reference it every so often when there's a shuttle in space, and on NASA TV I can see something in the payload bay with "SPACEHAB" written on it.

I came to this wikipedia article to find out what this piece of equipment is; but having glanced over the article, it seems my answer isn't here.
