[edit] Lisa Nowak?
I know it's just "theoretical", but has anyone seriously considered that the cause of Lisa Nowak's mental duress might have been from her space travels? NASA claimed they would refine their screening process, but what about the effects from space flight on an otherwise healthy astronaut's mental state? Is it possible that Nowak may have acquired a touch of this so-called Space madness? I'm not trying to make light of her recent charges, but it did occur to me that maybe this behavior deserves some further investigation. —Down10 TACO 09:02, 18 February 2007 (UTC)
Since she the only astronaut to have flipped out I find it unlikely space travel was the cause, space madness (in theory) requires extended periods of isolation in claustrophobic environments, although she had the latter she was not up there long enough to go mad.--BerserkerBen 03:09, 20 February 2007 (UTC)
