Special agent Al Simmons is tricked by his military team and assassinated. After traveling to Hell, Simmons make a deal with the devil to get revenge. However, the deal is twisted and Simmons became a minion of Hell named Spawn. Rather than accept this fate, Spawn searches for the opportunity to free himself from his misguided deal.
