The Spartan South Midlands Football League Division One is a football competition based in England. It sits at step 6 (or level 10) of the National League System. The top club gets promoted to the Spartan South Midlands Football League Premier Division while the bottom club gets relegated to the Spartan South Midlands Football League Division Two. For the 2006-07 season, it has 16 clubs.
