Can we really claim fair use when we use this image on the Spanish Armada (edit|talk|history|links|watch|logs) article? Sure, it's on the same subject matter, but the image is not being used to illustrate the work in question. Isopropyl 17:18, 30 January 2007 (UTC)

No way this is fair use. It doesnt even state the source (I for one am curious, it looks pretty good material). The Minister of War (Peace) 22:05, 27 March 2007 (UTC)
