Greg Pason, Atlee Yarrow, Socialist Party USA National Office via mailed letter, no url, the letter is public notice to suspend the state charter for the Socialist Party of Florida.

Currently this is in dispute as the Socialist Party of Florida Constitution (1998) does not list an affiliate and the State of Florida has "Open Ballot" Parties which does not require a national level organization.
