Sovkomflot (Russian: ОАО «Совкомфлот», ОАО «Современный коммерческий флот», Modern Commercial Fleet) is the largest Russian sea shipping company. It specializes in petroleum and LNG shipping. Since December 5, 2006, its headquarters have been in Saint Petersburg. It is headed by Director General Sergei Frank. Sovkomflot is an 100% state-owned ownership.
