Byron Soulopoulos (born 24 December 1975 in Antwerp, Belgium) is the founder, chairman and CEO of Eurica (European Information Consulting Association).
Byron has more than ten years of experience in ICT and change management related to helping people change the way they work in international environments.
Byron received Masters Degrees in “Project Management”, “Business Knowledge" and "Industrial Corporate Policy" from EHSAL (Brussels). In addition, he is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer.
From his early youth, Byron was hooked on ICT. He started his career at Electronic Data Systems (EDS) in Belgium as a System Engineer and went on to become the youngest ICT Manager of Vintage Productions. He later worked as a Project Manager for Bank Brussel Lambert and ING Group, as Senior Project Manager for the Belgian Post Group, as Director TSG Europe for Roamware and as Senior Business Consultant for Proximus – Belgacom Mobile. During these years he worked in numerous European Countries as well as in India and China.
In his private time he enjoys golf, sailing, scuba-diving and swimming. Byron is also the Business and Network Ambassador for Junior Chamber International (JCI) in Leuven and a Member of the Board of Directors of the Vlaamse Management Associatie (VMA) Young Managers.
