Souza-Baranowski Correctional Center is a maximum security prison located at the Shirley Correctional Complex in Shirley, Massachusetts. The prison opened September 30, 1998.

The center was named in the memory of two correctional staff, Corrections Officer James Souza and Industrial Instructor Alfred Baranowski, who were killed at MCI Norfolk in 1972 during an aborted escape attempt by a convicted murderer.

Joseph Druce murdered former priest John Geoghan in the prison in August 2003. Geoghan, convicted of child molestation in 2002, was a key figure in the Roman Catholic Church sex abuse scandals in the Boston Archdiocese in the 1990s and 2000s.
