Souwa (総和町; -machi) is a town located in Sashima District, Ibaraki, Japan.

As of 2003, the town has an estimated population of 48,810 and a density of 924.43 persons per km². The total area is 52.80 km².

The town was merged with Sanwa also from the Sashima District and the former city of Koga to form the new city of Koga and their town hall is used as the new Koga City Hall.
